• You are responsible for providing suitable installation locations
• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose
• Any damage or loss of equipment may result in replacement charges
• Equipment must be returned upon termination of service

Our environmental monitoring services collect and process data as follows:

• Data is collected continuously from installed monitoring devices
• You retain ownership of your environmental monitoring data
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• Data accuracy depends on proper device installation and maintenance
• Historical data retention periods vary by service plan
• Data export options are available upon request

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
• Network connectivity issues may affect data transmission
• Technical support is available during business hours
• Emergency support may be available for critical issues
• Service level agreements vary by subscription plan

Payment terms for EdgeX services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your chosen plan
• Installation and setup fees may apply for new deployments
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All fees are non-transferable

EdgeX retains all rights to our intellectual property:

• All software, technology, and documentation are proprietary to EdgeX
• You receive a limited license to use our Services
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• Trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners
• Any feedback or suggestions become property of EdgeX

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EdgeX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the past 12 months

• Environmental monitoring is a tool and does not guarantee compliance

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate for breach of these Terms
• Equipment must be returned within 30 days of termination
• Data export must be requested before termination
• Outstanding fees remain due after termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EdgeX is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
